Director - Head of Private Client Department
Sarah is a Director and a Solicitor, Head of the Wills, Trusts & Probate and the Powers of Attorney & Court of Protection Departments.
Sarah is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, meaning she is within group of lawyers who aim to support and make a difference to older and vulnerable people
Sarah deals with:
- Wills, including advice in relation to Inheritance Tax and Care Home Fee planning
- Lasting Power of Attorney’s and Court of Protection applications
- Probate and Letters of Administration applications and general administration of a person’s estate upon death
- The creation and administration of Trust funds, including those created for estate planning purposes and for personal injury compensation protection
Sarah also acts as professional Deputy or attorney for a number of clients who lack capacity and do not have family members who are able to manage their finances, and has built up a number of close links to local authority sectors and private providers in doing so.
As Marketing Director, Sarah also heads up the firms marketing and charity work
