Nick Pashley
Nick was educated at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Wakefield before completing a LLB (Hons) Law Degree at Leeds Metropolitan University and the Legal Practice Course at Leeds Law School. He qualified as a Solicitor in September 2016 after completing a two year training contract with Malcolm C Foy & Co.
Nick was appointed as head of the commercial property department in 2018 working alongside highly experienced property solicitors, delivering the best possible service to clients. He acts in a range of substantial property matters including:
- disposals and acquisitions of both freehold and leasehold property;
- leases specifically in the retail, industry sectors;
- Business sales and purchases;
- lease assignments;
- agricultural and farming property;
- refinancing;
- adverse possession;
- first registrations;
- residential ASTs;
- option & overage agreements;
- Enfranchisement.
Nick is always looking to establish and develop working relationships with new and existing clients and provide them with the professional service associated with Malcolm C Foy & Co.
In his spare time Nick enjoys playing rugby at Doncaster Phoenix RUFC, skiing (in which he is a qualified instructor) along with many other sports.
