Daniel Carr
Dan is a Director of the firm and also the Head of the Personal Injury Department having qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. He is a member of the Specialist Law Society Personal Injury Panel and is a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Dan has extensive experience in handling a huge variety of claims including complex and serious high value personal injury and clinical negligence claims. He has also acted on a number of fatal accident claims recovering damages on behalf of family members following road traffic accidents (RTA) in addition to claims against the Ministry of Defence and various construction companies.
