Anna Betteridge

Anna is a Licensed Conveyancing Technician and brings over 23 years of experience dealing with property matters. Anna initially started as a Post Completion Clerk with a well-respected North Yorkshire Law firm and has worked her way up to becoming a Licensed Conveyancing Technician, gaining a wealth of knowledge from her time working at various law firms across the region.

Anna is currently studying Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice and is working towards qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.

Anna works within our busy Property department and deals with a variety of property matters which include:-

• Freehold Sales and Purchases.
• Leasehold Sales and Purchases.
• Shared Ownership
• Re-mortgages.
• Transfers of Equity.
• Repayment of Help to Buy Loan.

Outside of work, Anna has two young boys who like to keep her fit and when Anna is not studying, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
